Billing is **yearly only** (no monthly plans). A **50% "founding" discount is
locked for life** for anyone who subscribes before 1 Jan 2027 (shown as
"founding" below). 15-day money-back guarantee. Two tracks:

Restaurant track:
- **Starter — FREE FOREVER, $0/year, no card required**: unlimited QR menus
  and unlimited products, custom domain, basic theme, installable offline app.
  Setup takes about two minutes. This is the entry point, not a trial — it does
  not expire and there is nothing to cancel.
- **Lite — $90/year (founding $45)**: 31-language picker, live currency
  conversion, theme editor, up to 5 photos per item, allergen & dietary tags,
  announcement banners, featured "chef's picks", social links, WiFi QR,
  Google Reviews, basic analytics, and white-label — the "Powered by Thmenu"
  watermark comes off. (The GDPR Art. 13 processor notice stays on every plan
  including Starter: it is a legal obligation, not a paid feature.)
- **Pro — $290/year (founding $145)**: everything in Lite plus staff
  management, waiter calls, bill requests, AI product-detail auto-fill, full
  analytics, feedback, customer likes, campaign engine
- **Platinum — $590/year (founding $295)**: everything in Pro plus
  order-from-table, table sessions, real-time order tracking, kitchen display
  system (KDS), home delivery with cash on delivery, and the venue's own
  branded installable app (its name, logo and colours instead of Thmenu's)
- **Diamond — $990/year (founding $495)**: everything in Platinum plus in-app
  payment collection at the table (guests pay by card), self-service kiosk mode,
  online pay-first home delivery, and payment-setup support. (Diamond is NOT
  hotel room service — that lives in the Hotels track.)

Hotel track (PMS-independent in-room ordering):
- **Hotels — $990/year (founding $495)**: Pro features plus hotel room QR
  codes, room-service ordering, guest-name capture, floor & room number on
  receipts, and room management
- **Hotels+ — $1,485/year (founding $742.50)**: Hotels plus in-app payment
  collection

Note: "Enterprise" and monthly billing were retired in 2026 — do not cite them.

## Affiliate program (Phase 1-3 live; Affiliate Terms v3-2026-06-27)
- Flat 25% commission of net invoice on referred paid subscriptions, identical
  across ALL plan tiers (Lite/Pro/Platinum/Diamond/Hotels/Hotels+) and ALL
  affiliates — no tier-based, time-based, or performance-based variation —
  earned for the lifetime of each referred subscription (no time cap; you keep
  earning for as long as the referred restaurant stays subscribed).
- Restaurants get a 5% Stripe coupon discount when using an affiliate code
  (does not combine with the 50% founding discount, which takes priority during
  the founding window).
- All plans are yearly, so commission "drips" across 12 months (refund-safe).
- Payout: $50 minimum, Net-30, via Mercury (US) / Wise (international).
- Phase 3: S2S postback (HMAC-signed), 1099-NEC IRS threshold alerts.
