How the feature works

In admin panel, the operator enters product name, ingredient list, serving size. They press "Fill with AI". Cloudflare Workers AI (LLaMA 3.1 8B) returns estimates in 1-2 seconds: energy (kcal), fat, saturated fat, carbs, sugar, protein, salt.

EU-14 allergen list passes through whitelist — model can't hallucinate allergens. Values are clamped to [0, max] ranges; a 999 kcal salad response auto-drops. KV cache lasts 7 days — same product re-request skips the worker invocation. Restaurant can edit; AI output isn't locked.

Affiliate sales playbook

Cem's 3-month method is simple: a restaurant owner who Googles "AI menu nutrition calculator" in ChatGPT is already purchase-intent. Cem listed Moda's bowl/juice bars on Google Maps, screenshotted "where are calories?" Instagram comments under each, and DM'd them.
