Food 10%, alcohol 20% — how does your restaurant POS handle multi-rate VAT?

In Turkey, food VAT is 10% and alcoholic drinks 20%. If a tab carries both, the receipt has to break them down line by line — otherwise it's an accounting headache and a tax-receipt fine waiting to happen.
