Thmenu Staff puts waiter calls and bill requests from your restaurant's tables on your watch, so floor staff see them without taking out a phone.
Platforms: Apple Watch and Wear OS.
Signing in
- Apple Watch: enter the staff PIN your manager gave you. If the watch asks for a restaurant code, ask your manager for it.
- Wear OS: the watch shows a pairing code; approve it on a phone, and the watch signs in.
Common questions
- My PIN is not accepted
- Staff PINs are set in the restaurant's panel. Ask your manager to check your PIN and that your staff profile is active.
- I am not getting calls on the watch
- Check that notifications are allowed for Thmenu Staff and that the watch is connected to the internet or to its phone.
