How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Subscriptions are annual only. Plan changes apply instantly: upgrades are pro-rated for the remaining term, downgrades keep the upper-plan features until the current year ends.

1. Dashboard → Subscription.
2. Pick the target plan: Starter (free) · Lite · Pro · Platinum · Diamond, or on the hotel track Hotels / Hotels+.
3. "Switch now" — redirects to the Stripe portal.
4. Confirm; an invoice is generated automatically.

Downgrade warning: Platinum → Pro closes open table sessions; Diamond → Platinum switches off in-app card collection. Let open orders finish before you downgrade.
