How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Plan changes apply instantly. Upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades let you keep upper-plan features until the current cycle ends.

1. Dashboard → Subscription.
2. Pick the target plan (Starter / Pro / Platinum).
3. "Switch now" — redirects to the Stripe portal.
4. Confirm; an invoice is generated automatically.

Downgrade warning: Platinum → Pro will lock active table orders. Wait for open orders to close.
