Thmenu Admin app support
This page is available in English for now.
Thmenu Admin is the app restaurant owners and managers use to run their Thmenu account. It opens the same panel as admin.thmenu.com, so everything you can do in the browser you can do in the app, with the same account.
Platforms: iOS and Android.
Getting started
- Sign in with the email address of your Thmenu account.
- Allow notifications when the app asks, so new orders, waiter calls and bill requests reach you.
Common questions
- I forgot my password
- On the sign-in screen choose the password reset option and enter your email; a reset link is sent to that address.
- I do not get notifications
- Check that notifications for Thmenu Admin are allowed in your phone's settings and that you are signed in to the restaurant you expect.
- How do I delete my account?
- Follow the steps on the account deletion page; it explains what is deleted and what has to be kept by law.
