How do I refund a subscription?
15-day money-back guarantee. Separately, as a consumer you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.
Thmenu refund policy:
- 15 days — money-back guarantee: from the start of your first subscription, no questions asked. This is our commercial commitment.
- 14 days — statutory right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer this comes from law (EU Directive 2011/83/EU), not from us, and we cannot remove it.
- After 15 days: no refund; cancel before the next renewal — you keep the current period to its end.
- Renewal payments: the guarantee covers the first purchase only.
To refund: Dashboard → Subscription → click "Customer portal", you'll see the "Refund" option in Stripe. Or email contact@synaltix.io.
