How do I refund a subscription?

You can refund within 14 days via the Stripe portal or by emailing thmenu@synaltix.io.

thMenu refund policy:

  • 14 days: from the start of your first subscription — no-questions-asked refund.
  • After 14 days: no refund; cancel before the next billing cycle.
  • Annual plan: full refund within 14 days; no pro-rata after that.

To refund: Dashboard → Subscription → click "Customer portal", you'll see the "Refund" option in Stripe. Or email thmenu@synaltix.io.
