Where Thmenu works, and what works where
The menu itself has no borders. Taking the guest's card inside the app is the one thing that depends on your country — here is exactly where that line falls.
Everywhere: the menu, the ordering, the kitchen
QR menu in 28 languages, photos, allergens, table ordering, live order tracking and the kitchen screen work in every country, with nothing to set up locally. Starter is free and has no country restrictions.

Up to Platinum
Everything above, minus Thmenu handling the card. Guests still order from the table and follow their order live; you take payment the way you do today — cash, your own card terminal, or your own payment provider.
Markets worth naming
- Türkiye
Stripe does not open business accounts in these, so there is no card for us to take at the table. Every country not listed anywhere on this page belongs to this group too.
Why there is a line at all
In-app payment needs a Stripe account in the venue's own name, and Stripe does not open business accounts everywhere. Where it does, we can take the card at the table; where it does not — Türkiye is the case that matters to us — the venue collects through its own provider instead, and everything else in Thmenu works exactly the same.
