Questions about the free plan
Is it really free forever?
Yes. Starter has no time limit and does not convert into a paid plan by itself. If you start the optional 14-day Diamond trial from your dashboard, you return to Starter when it ends and your menu stays online.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Registration asks for no payment details. A card is only needed when you choose a paid plan.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — on every plan, including the free Starter plan. You can point a domain like menu.yourrestaurant.com at your menu; SSL and DNS setup are handled for you.
Can I import my existing menu?
Yes. The AI menu importer takes your menu three ways: paste the text, photograph the printed menu, or upload a spreadsheet. It proposes categories, products and prices, and nothing is applied until you review the proposal and approve it.
