Reservations and a waitlist from your menu

This page is available in English for now.

A restaurant reservation system lets guests ask for a table without phoning. With Thmenu, guests pick a time slot from your menu or website, enter the party size and their contact details, and get a booking code; you confirm, seat or cancel it in the panel and the guest is told by email or SMS.

How a booking works

  1. Guest requests a slot

From the reserve page, the guest chooses a day and a time slot and the party size.

  2. You get notified

Each new booking arrives as a notification in the panel.

  3. You respond

Confirm, seat, cancel or mark a no-show; the guest receives an email or SMS for the change.

  4. Guest manages it

With the booking code the guest can cancel online and add the booking to their calendar.

Also included

  1. 01

    Waitlist

Walk-ins join a queue; when the table is ready, staff mark them and the guest gets an SMS.

  2. 02

    Booking from AI assistants

Restaurants listed in the Thmenu directory can receive reservation requests from AI assistants through Thmenu's MCP server.

Good to know

Requests, not automatic table allocation
Thmenu does not model table capacity per slot. Bookings are requests your team confirms, which keeps the decision with the people who know the room.
