How do I set up the KDS (kitchen display)?

The KDS — Kitchen Display System — replaces paper tickets in the kitchen.

1. Put a tablet/old phone in the kitchen.
2. Open admin.thmenu.com/kds in the browser and sign in.
3. New orders show up as cards automatically.
4. Tap "Ready" — status flows to the waiter dashboard.
5. "Served" — closes the order for that table.

Tip: keep the tablet screen always-on (disable auto-lock). The KDS refreshes every 10 s and auto-reconnects on dropouts.
