Menu checker

Paste your menu as text — one item per line, the price at the end. The checker shows what makes it hard to read or incomplete. It runs in your browser: nothing you paste is sent anywhere.

Before you move a PDF menu to the web

A PDF is a picture of a menu. A web menu is text a phone can resize, translate and search. Check these first.

1. Every item is real text, not part of an image — a phone cannot zoom, translate or read an image aloud.
2. Every item has a price, written the same way across the menu.
3. Items are in short sections with clear titles (starters, mains, drinks).
4. The 14 allergens are marked on each item, or the menu says where to ask.
5. Photos show the dish you serve — or there is no photo.
6. The menu is in the languages your guests read.
7. You can change a price or mark a dish as sold out without printing again.
8. The QR code on the table opens the menu, not a file to download.
