How do I add allergens to products?
Select from EU-14 allergens on the product edit page. Customers can filter by them.
Allergen info uses the EU-14 list (gluten, eggs, milk, soya, nuts, etc.).
- Dashboard → Products → open the product.
- In the "Allergens" section, tick the ones present.
- Save.
Customers can filter the menu by allergen (e.g. "gluten-free"). Products containing the filtered allergen are hidden. AI Auto-fill (Pro+) can detect allergens from the description, but you must verify them manually — health data.
