How do I add allergens to products?

Allergen info uses the EU-14 list (gluten, eggs, milk, soya, nuts, etc.).

1. Dashboard → Products → open the product.
2. In the "Allergens" section, tick the ones present.
3. Save.

Guests can hide every dish that contains a given allergen with the Exclude chips on the menu (e.g. Gluten). "Gluten-free", "Vegan" and "Vegetarian" are separate dietary filters that show only the dishes you tagged that way. Auto-fill with AI can propose allergens from the product name and description, but you must verify them manually — the product cannot be saved until you tick the confirmation box, and allergen accuracy stays your legal responsibility.
