A loyalty program inside your menu
A restaurant loyalty program rewards guests for coming back. In Thmenu it lives inside your menu: guests join from the menu, earn points automatically when they order through it, move up tiers as their points grow, and redeem the rewards you define.
How it works
Guests join
From the loyalty page of your menu.
They earn
Points are added when they order through the menu; you can also adjust points by hand.
They redeem
Guests see their balance and tier and redeem the rewards you created.

Tiers
Members move up tiers as their lifetime points grow, and earn faster at higher tiers.
Good to know
- Points come from orders
- Automatic points need orders placed through Thmenu. Without ordering, points can be added by staff.
- Points expire
- Unused points expire after a year.
