Your own channel, not a middleman’s
The menu sits on your own domain, the order comes straight to you, and the guest stays yours. Thmenu takes no share of any order — the subscription is annual and published.
Three jobs move off the floor and onto the phone
Taking the order, calling for service, asking for the bill — all three happen from the guest’s phone. We do not promise a smaller team; we only say where those jobs now take place.
Kitchen and floor on one screen
The kitchen display shows orders the moment they land; the control centre shows the table grid with open calls and bill requests.
The suggestions live inside the menu itself
“Pairs with” cards, popular dishes, combo menus and item photos — all shown while the guest is choosing. We promise no percentage lift; we describe where those cards appear.
Pay-first is the default
Where in-app collection is on, the order does not reach the kitchen before it is paid. Every order also carries a risk score shown on the kitchen display. This does not eliminate every case — it makes the case visible before anything is cooked.
A five-star rating goes to Google
About an hour after service a short rating request arrives. Whoever gives five stars is routed to your Google page; whoever gives fewer reaches you instead. The threshold is configurable and defaults to five.
Language and currency, automatically
No language dropdown and no conversion table. The language is read from the phone, the currency from the guest’s country, and both work without anyone doing anything.

On the Diamond plan we set up payment collection, tables and QR codes together with you. The support is part of the plan and is listed on the pricing page.
