How do I request a data export?

Download your data as JSON straight from Dashboard → Settings → Privacy. No waiting.

KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Article 20 give you the right to data portability: all your data, machine-readable, on request.

Do it yourself — no waiting:

Dashboard → Settings → Privacy.
Press the data-export button.
Your browser downloads the file immediately: your restaurant profile, menu data (categories, products, allergens) and order history, in one machine-readable JSON file.

If something goes wrong, email contact@synaltix.io from your registered address and we will serve the request by hand within the statutory 30 days.
