How do I request a data export?
KVKK/GDPR gives you data portability. Email thmenu@synaltix.io — you'll get a ZIP in 30 days.
KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Article 20 give you the right to data portability: all your data, machine-readable, on request.
To request:
- Email thmenu@synaltix.io with subject "Data export request".
- Send it from your registered email so we can verify it's you.
- Within 30 days we send a ZIP link containing:
- Restaurant profile (JSON)
- Full menu data: categories, products, allergens, photos (CSV + ZIP)
- Order history (CSV)
- Audit log (CSV)
The link is valid 7 days, then auto-deletes. A self-service export UI lands Q3 2026.
