How do I request a data export?

GDPR Article 20 gives you the right to data portability, and KVKK Article 11 lets you ask what data we hold about you: your data, machine-readable, on request.

Do it yourself — no waiting:

1. Dashboard → Settings → Privacy.
2. Press the data-export button.
3. Your browser downloads the file immediately: your restaurant profile, menus, categories, products, tables, orders (the latest 50,000), reservations, waitlist, loyalty members, customer notes and feedback, in one machine-readable JSON file. Not in the file yet: the items inside each order, product photos, allergen and dietary tags, and theme settings.

If something goes wrong, email contact@synaltix.io from your registered address and we will serve the request by hand within the statutory 30 days.
