How do I permanently delete my account?

KVKK Article 7 / GDPR Article 17 gives you the "right to erasure". To delete:

1. Dashboard → Settings → Privacy.
2. Click Delete My Account, type DELETE and your password, then press Permanently Delete.
3. You are signed out and the deletion is scheduled straight away — no email link is needed.
4. 30-day grace period — your menu stays live meanwhile. To cancel, email contact@synaltix.io from your registered address during this window (signing in with Google also cancels it; signing in with email and password currently does not).
5. After 30 days: all data (restaurant, menu, orders, photos, profile) is permanently erased. Including photos in Cloudflare R2.

No undo — once the grace period ends, we do not restore deleted accounts. Copies in our weekly database backups disappear automatically as those backups rotate out, a few weeks later.

Exception: Invoices, payment and tax records we're legally required to keep stay in an access-restricted archive for as long as the law requires — up to 10 years, depending on the country. Details: Account Deletion Policy.
