How do I enable table ordering?

Table ordering kicks in when your waiters are overloaded and customers want to order from their phones.

1. Upgrade to Platinum (pricing). Table ordering comes with the plan — there is no separate on/off switch; if the plan is active, table QRs take orders.
2. Dashboard → Tables — define your tables and print a QR for each.
3. Dashboard → Settings — choose your order policy: staff approval (every order passes an "Accept" step before the kitchen sees it) and the waiter-call / bill-request switches.
4. Open the KDS on a kitchen tablet — orders land there.

About payment: Platinum covers ordering and order tracking, not in-app card collection — the guest settles with a waiter at the table. If you want the guest to pay by card from their phone you need Diamond (restaurants) or Hotels+ (hotels).

The dashboard plays a chime on the first order. Open the KDS page on a tablet in the kitchen.
