How do I enable table ordering?

Table ordering kicks in when your waiters are overloaded and customers want to order from their phones.

1. Upgrade to Platinum (pricing page).
2. Dashboard → Settings → Ordering.
3. Flip the "Table ordering" toggle.
4. Pick payment step: "Customer pays via Stripe" or "Waiter collects".
5. Set up the KDS (Kitchen Display System) — orders land there.

The dashboard plays a chime on the first order. Open the KDS page on a tablet in the kitchen.
