My customer can't open the menu — what do I do?

Most common cause: misprinted QR. Test the URL menu.thmenu.com/r/<slug>.

Try these in order:

  1. Try the URL manually: menu.thmenu.com/r/. Does it load?
  2. Is the restaurant active? Dashboard → Settings → toggle Business active must be on.
  3. At least 1 category + 1 product? An empty menu shows "No menu yet".
  4. Cache: Newly added items not showing? Wait 30 s or click Dashboard → Settings → "Clear cache".
  5. Reprint the QR: Settings → QR Code → fresh download. Old QR may have a stale URL.
