My customer can't open the menu — what do I do?
Most common cause: misprinted QR. Test the URL menu.thmenu.com/r/<slug>.
Try these in order:
- Try the URL manually:
menu.thmenu.com/r/. Does it load? - Is the restaurant active? Dashboard → Settings → toggle Business active must be on.
- At least 1 category + 1 product? An empty menu shows "No menu yet".
- Cache: Newly added items not showing? Wait 30 s or click Dashboard → Settings → "Clear cache".
- Reprint the QR: Settings → QR Code → fresh download. Old QR may have a stale URL.
